Description & Properties

Anti-Gravel + Sprayable Seam Sealant 2 in 1 is a universal rubber- and synthetic-resin-based product that forms a flexible, textured protective coating. It effectively protects bodywork components against mechanical damage and corrosion while also functioning as a sealing, anti-vibration, and sound-absorbing compound.

The product is designed to protect sills, bumpers, and spoilers from stone impact and harsh weather conditions. It also seals joints between metal sheets and body panels, recreating the original structure of factory-applied spray sealants.

Once cured, the coating is resistant to water, oils, and salt and can be overcoated with all standard automotive paint systems.

Method of Use

1. Thoroughly clean, degrease, and dry the surfaces to be treated.

2. Mask adjacent areas with paper or protective covering.

3. Shake the container vigorously for approximately 3 minutes before use.

4. Remove the protective cap and attach the spray gun directly to the container.

Surface Preparation

Metal

• Prime the surface, sand, blow off dust, and degrease using BOLL Silicone Remover.

• Apply the product, then apply an additional coat if required.

Non-ferrous metals (zinc, aluminum, copper, etc.)

• Prime the surface, sand, blow off dust, and degrease using BOLL Silicone Remover.

• Apply the product, then apply an additional coat if required.

Reactive primer

• Apply the next layer after the primer has fully dried.

Epoxy primer

• Suitable for material isolation.

• Sand with P150–P320 grit, blow off dust, degrease using BOLL Silicone Remover, then apply the product.
