NOVOL STP FLOW – Hybrid Metal Joints Sealant
The NOVOL STP FLOW sealant is a high-performance, hybrid sealant designed for metal joints in automotive and industrial applications. It offers improved flowability and allows professionals to reproduce OEM-like textures, including fine, fuzzy dashed patterns such as rocker panel dashing.

- OEM Texture Reproduction: Achieve precise finishes on seams and metal joints using the correct spray guns and nozzles.
- Excellent Anti-Corrosion Protection: Protects fusion welds, tack welds, and other seams from corrosion.
- Health & Safety: Free from harmful isocyanates – safe for the user and environmentally friendly.
- Paint Compatibility: Can be coated with solvent-based or water-based decorative paints without sanding for up to 10 days.
- Fast Curing: Skin forms in just 15 minutes at 20°C; full cure in 24 h (for 4 mm thickness, 50% w/w).
- Sound Deadening: Provides excellent vibration and sound insulation.
- Strong Adhesion & Flexibility: Bonds well to various substrates with high elasticity and strength.
- Odourless: Comfortable and safe to use indoors.
