Single-component, quick-drying plastic primer spray
This high-quality, single-component aerosol primer is specially designed to improve adhesion between plastic surfaces and the top coat of paint. Thanks to its fast-drying formula, it significantly simplifies and accelerates the preparation process for painting.
Its flexibility makes it an ideal bonding layer before painting elastic automotive parts such as:
bumpers,
spoilers,
side moldings,
mirror housings,
and other plastic components.
The product creates a thin, even layer that enhances the adhesion of subsequent paint coatings, prevents flaking, and increases the durability of the final finish.
Key features:
excellent adhesion to plastic surfaces,
flexible structure – resists cracking caused by surface movement,
fast drying – saves time during the process,
easy spray application,
improves the longevity and appearance of paint layers.
This primer is an essential part of the preparation process for painting plastic parts, suitable for both professional and DIY use.
Preparation of the surface: Thoroughly clean the plastic surface from dirt, grease, oil, silicone, wax and other contaminants. We recommend using a dedicated plastic cleaner or degreaser.
Sanding (if necessary): For better adhesion, lightly sand the surface with fine-grit sandpaper (e.g. P600–800) and then remove dust.
Shake the can: Shake the aerosol vigorously for about 2–3 minutes to ensure proper mixing of the product.
Test spray: Before applying to the target surface, perform a short test spray on a non-visible area to check compatibility and spray pattern.
Application: Spray a thin and even layer from a distance of approx. 20–30 cm. Apply 1–2 light coats. Avoid heavy spraying to prevent runs or drips.
Drying time: Let the primer dry for approx. 10–15 minutes at room temperature before applying further paint layers.
Overcoating: Once fully dry, the surface is ready to be painted with acrylic, synthetic or other compatible paints.
Cleaning the nozzle (optional): After use, turn the can upside down and spray for 2–3 seconds to clear the nozzle and prevent clogging.
