BOLL Soft Putty 750g Light Grey Polyester Body Filler KIT + Hardener Repair

PROPERTIES:
Soft polyester putty for filling both big and small cracks. Perfect for both mechanical and manual grinding. Offers great flexibility and very good adhesion to various surfaces

COLOUR:
light grey

SURFACE:

• steel - sand, blow off and degrease with “BOLL Silicone remover”, then apply another coat.
• aluminium - sand, blow off and degrease with “BOLL Silicone remover”, then apply another coat.
• old paint coatings - sand P320 - P400, blow off, degrease with “BOLL Silicon remover”, and then apply another coat.
• epoxy primer - can be used to isolate materials. After sanding P320, blow off, degrease with “BOLL Silicon remover”, and then apply another coat.
• two component acrylic primer - after sanding P320 - P400 blow off, degrease with “BOLL Silicon remover”, and then apply another coat.
• polyester laminate - sand with P80 - P120, blow off and degrease with “BOLL Silicone remover”, then apply another coat.

INFORMATION:
Do not apply the resin directly to reactive primers (wash primers), one-component acrylic and nitrocellulose products.

CLEANING:
Wash immediately after application with thinner for nitrocellulose products (Nitro) or for acrylic products.

• Density at 20°C: 1,60 – 1,80 g/cm
• Solubility in water: very weak
• Viscosity: 200 000 – 375 000 mPa*s
• VOC content: 228 g/l (acceptable 250g/l)
• Temperature of use: +10°C – +25°C

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Protect the product from excessive low and high temperatures. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Store in dry places.

SHELF LIFE:
Two years from the production date placed on the package.
