BOLL CLEAR VARNISH HS 1.5 L Set 1L + 0,5L
Clearcoat BOLL HS is an acrylic clearcoat with a high VOC content, providing full and partial coverage of cars and commercial vehicles with glossy clearcoat.
It is characterized by optimal resistance to solvents. The BOLL HS clearcoat guarantees strong, long-lasting hardening, especially during drying under the influence of quartz heaters in a spray booth or infrared heaters, but also during drying at room temperature. It can be polished immediately after drying, it has high resistance to all weather conditions as well as chemical and mechanical resistance. Also suitable as a protective varnish for neon shades (daylight colors). The advantage of varnish is simple and safe processing in all climatic conditions.

Mixing ratio:
Varnish: 2
Hardener: 1
Pot life from mixing with the hardener is approx. 2 hours. at 20 ° C
Application tips:
The varnish is applied to the previously sprayed and dried base layers.
In the undiluted version, spray 1.5 layers, while diluting two or three single layers, leaving time for evaporation between layers for 5 ÷ 10 minutes (depending on the temperature and layer thickness).
10 minutes after applying the last layer, the coating can cure at an increased temperature.
Layer thickness: 40-50 (micrometers) for each layer
Spray viscosity, gun nozzle, operating pressure: DIN 4/20 C 17 19 s, 1.3 1.4 mm, 3 4 bar
Hardening time: at 20 C - 14 hours, at 60 C - 45 minutes.
Efficiency: 1 liter of varnish + hardener in the appropriate proportion allows to obtain approx. 12 m2 of a dry layer with a thickness of 50 µm.
Storage conditions: Store in a dark and dry place, away from sources of fire and heat. Shelf life in factory-sealed packaging at 20˚C is 24 months for varnish and 12 months for hardener.
